Thirty minutes, then a clear answer, even when the answer is no.
A thirty-minute call about your hypothesis or deal thesis, your access to buyers or sites, and your timeline. You leave knowing whether a Sprint fits and, if it does, its scope and timing. It is a call, not a purchase.
What to bring to the call.
The initiative, and which of the three moments it is in.
What you believe is true but cannot yet evidence.
Whether you have named contacts in the target segment, the plants and plant managers you can introduce for a rollout, or the customers and dealers for an installed-base offer.
The date by which the decision has to be made.
For technology companies: your design-partner list, the partner plan, and the price you intend to quote.
For OEMs: the offer you plan to launch, the price you have in mind, and the route: direct, dealers or both.
For investors: whether this is pre-LOI, in exclusivity or a portfolio initiative; the thesis in your IC memo; the diligence window; and whether the target's customers can be contacted before signing.
